1. What We Store

We store only what is strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Your email address and hashed password — required for account access. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are unreadable to us.
• Emails in your mailbox — stored in an encrypted-at-rest SQLite database on the server. We cannot read your emails without physical server access.
• Active session token — stored in a secure, httpOnly cookie. Expires after 7 days of inactivity.

2. What We Do Not Store

We do not log IP addresses, login attempts, access times, or any behavioural data. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party embeds on this platform.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share no data with any third party, ever. This includes governments, law enforcement agencies, advertisers, data brokers, and any other entity. We do not have a legal department and we do not process data requests. There is nothing to hand over.

If you require maximum anonymity, use Tor Browser to access this service and pay for tokens using Monero (XMR).

4. Acceptable Use

By using Jew Mailer you agree not to use the service for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Phishing, fraud, or impersonation intended to cause financial harm
• Distribution of malware or malicious content
• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of individuals
• Any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction

Features such as sender aliasing and custom from-addresses are provided for legitimate privacy use cases — for example, protecting your real identity when corresponding with untrusted parties.

5. Tokens & Payments

Tokens are non-refundable once spent on a feature (alias creation, spoof access unlock). Token balances do not expire. We reserve the right to revoke tokens or accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

Preferred payment method is Monero (XMR) for maximum financial privacy. Contact your administrator to purchase tokens.

6. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated at our discretion if these terms are violated. Upon termination, all stored emails and account data are permanently deleted from the server. We have no obligation to provide advance notice.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting your administrator.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted session cookies, CSRF protection, rate-limited authentication, DKIM email signing, and security response headers. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

We recommend using a strong, unique password and accessing the service over HTTPS. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact your administrator immediately.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. Email delivery to external servers depends on correct DNS configuration and is not guaranteed.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version date at the top of this page reflects when they were last changed. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
